Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind every product we make. Because our items are handcrafted or made-to-order, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis with your satisfaction in mind.

 

Amanda Christine Designs — Handmade Accessories

All Sales Final on Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Because each piece is handmade specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. Please review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and the damage

  • A brief description of the issue

We will offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion. We do not issue cash refunds for damaged items unless a replacement is not possible.

 

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost to you. Return shipping for the incorrect item will be covered by us.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered

  • Gift cards

 

Built Different Co. — Apparel

 

Made-to-Order Policy

All BDCO apparel is printed to order using DTF printing. Because each item is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. Please review the size guide carefully before ordering.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives with a print defect, damage, or error on our end, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the defect or damage clearly

  • A description of the issue

We will send a replacement as soon as possible. We do not require you to return defective items.

 

Sizing

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page before purchasing. Because items are printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code (unless defective)

  • Items that have been worn or washed

  • Items without original tags

 

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (in cases where a cash refund is warranted) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
