Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods (new launches, sales, or holiday seasons), processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Amanda Christine Designs — Handmade Accessories

Because every piece is handcrafted to order, please allow the full processing window before your order ships.

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First-Class or Ground Advantage): 5–8 business days after processing

  • Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 2–3 business days after processing

  • Local Pickup (Pasadena, MD area): Available by arrangement — contact us to schedule

 

Built Different Co. — Apparel

BDCO orders are fulfilled via DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing. Please allow the full processing window for your order to be printed and prepared for shipment.

  • Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 5–8 business days after processing

  • Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 2–3 business days after processing

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during promotions — check the website banner for current offers.​​​

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created. If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of your order, please contact us at amanda.baker@acdesshop.com.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Amanda Christine Designs and Built Different Co. ship within the United States only. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is in USPS's possession, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, we want to make sure you receive your order. If your package is:

  • Delayed beyond the estimated delivery window — contact us and we will investigate with USPS on your behalf

  • Marked delivered but not received — please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 5 days of the delivery date

  • Lost in transit — we will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit

Note: We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
